LAHORE: Sobbing, an air hostess associated with Pakistan International Airline (PIA), on Monday said some policemen were issuing threats to harass her and her other colleagues.
Talking to Geo News, the tearful PIA air hostess Safwat Salim, said she has been receiving threatening phone calls and messages from some police personnel.
Moreover, she said when they turned their phones off, the next morning they found police mobiles parked outside their residences. “We were then asked to choose between office van and police mobile van,” Safwat Salim maintained.
It has been over a week since PIA employees' went on a strike which saw numerous flights being cancelled, causing hardship to passengers in general and Umrah pilgrims stranded in Saudi Arabia in particular.
